KollaAIOS policy

KSBAA Gaming and IT Solutions Private Limited built the KollaAIOS app as a commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by KSBAA and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use

KollaAIOS does not collect or store any personal user data on external servers. The app works offline-first and performs all actions locally on the user's device.

The app uses the following permissions strictly for functionality:

  • Contacts: Accessed only to allow users to call saved contacts by name or number.

  • Phone: Used to make direct calls when the user provides a voice command.

  • Storage/Cleanup: Used to clean cache files to help optimize device performance.

  • Alarm/Clock Access: Used to allow users to set alarms via voice commands.

  • Apps List: Accessed only to show and launch installed apps on the device.

✅ No data is collected or sent to external servers.
✅ No Google or third-party APIs are integrated in this version.
✅ No account login or registration is required.
✅ This version does not use your location or microphone in the background.

2. Third-Party Services

Currently, KollaAIOS does not use any third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Firebase, or Google Play Billing). These may be introduced in future updates with full user consent and privacy updates.

3. Security

All actions take place locally on your device. No cloud processing or data transfer is performed. Your privacy is fully respected.

4. User Control

You may disable app permissions from your device settings at any time. All features requiring permissions will only work if explicitly granted by the user.

5. Children’s Privacy

KollaAIOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Any future changes to this policy will be posted here. You are encouraged to review it periodically for updates.
